Case Study round :
a problem statement is given and u have to prepare a 2 slide deck in 20 mins on that case and present to them in next 10 mins.
My problem statement:
“Your sales team recently launched a new initiative (new email template, updated pitch, or revised cadence) to increase performance. To test this out the company ran an A/B test for 2 months on this sales campaign. As an analyst, your task is to assess whether the new initiative truly improves company performance. Explain how you would evaluate the initiative, what metrics you would compare, and how you would determine statistical significance. Your solution should also state how would you recommend the annual improvement of this initiative to the CEO of the company”
Questions Asked in Round 2:
This was a overview final interview round.
Qs were asked on the projects and internships mentioned in CV. They were not looking for technical depth but the main idea, motivation and overall understanding of the projects.
Next they asked about what I know about Multiplier.
If i was given a offer for same role from multiplier and some other company eg HSBC. what will i choose and why.
If i have a low paying role but with good innovative and challenging work and one with a high paying salary but mundane work, which one to choose
Mostly HR type qs after that, asked about family, if i am comfortable shifting,

For the case study round, learn a bit about marketing analytics, like funnel analysis, market segmentation. Framing the answer on these lines will make u stand out.
